Auditorium

This is a state of the art auditorium which can accommodate 286 persons, and is well equipped with:
Ergonomically designed pushback seats
Centrally air conditioned
A world class light and sound system
Audio visual projection facility
Boosts itself with a seating capacity of 286 members
Separate green rooms for male and female
Ample and safe parking facility for over 70 cars and an equal number of two wheelers
Well-furnished pantry with cooking and refrigeration facility, Clean and safe drinking water
A well maintained lawn with arrangements for snack / meal breaks The auditorium is environment friendly in as much as it is equipped with a solar power generation system which not only caters to the needs of the entire Sansthan campus but also feeds surplus power back to national power grid

Psychology Lab

It is very important for a teacher to understand the psychology of students. We have therefore designed and developed a psychology lab where pupil teachers apply and study in a practical manner. It consists of test-material for different psychology tests. Major psychological tests include T.A.T., C.A.T., Rorschach Inkblot Test, Mohsin Bell Adjustment Inventory, Attitude Test, Mental Ability Test, Self Confidence Test, Creativity Test, Bhatia Performance Test of Intelligence etc.

Technology Lab

With the expansion of science & technology in all fields, it is necessary to have a Techno Lab in the field of education. It makes the teaching process interesting and easy. The equipment available includes Projector, T.V., Radio, D.V.D. Player, OHP Slide Projector, Models, Charts, Film Strips, etc.

Language Lab

Good communication skills are a pre-requisite for any student, which provides her an edge in today’s competitive world. The Language Lab plays a very vital role in developing such skills as it helps improve the language speaking ability and confidence of a student, thereby strengthening communication skills.
The language lab aims to develop written and vocal skills in major languages i.e. Hindi, English and Sanskrit. Various equipments such as charts, models, digital tools etc. are used to expand vocabulary, improve pronunciation, composition writing and also improve the reading and speaking skills of the pupil teachers.

Library

A good Library is an integral part of any educational institution. It helps in the cognitive development of both teachers and pupils. We have a well-furnished library with a substantial collection of books, journals and magazines related to all subjects. It is our aim :
To provide maximum quality study material to the student teachers
To inculcate a good library etiquette
To introduce them to various eminent author and publishers
To motivate the students for developing good reading habits and self-studies in a peaceful environment
To provide a wide source of knowledge through reference books, journals & newspapers to the staff members and students
The Library has a seating capacity of 30 students at a time, Along with No. of books – approx. 6158 , Number of journals – 08, Number of periodicals – 12, Number Encyclopaedia – 29 volumes

Computer Lab

Basic computer literacy is very important for leading a successful career. Therefore it is essential to help student teachers to familiarize themselves with computers and enhance their knowledge which will help them to face the competitive environment in a fast developing world.
16 computers and printers are available in the lab. This allows the students to research particular information that is needed, through the effective use of the internet, which in turn also translates back to an understandable form by the learner.

Other Facilities

Open Stage : We have an open stage with a large area providing theatre style seating to over 400 persons where assembly and related activities take place. A permanent public address and music system is provided so that all activities can be held there.
Sports : A huge playground covering an area of about 453 sq.mts helps to cater the needs of various games and sports like Badminton, Basketball, Football etc for the pupil teachers.
Area available for indoor games – 87 (Sq. mts)
Area available for outdoor games – 920 (Sq. mts)
Parking Area : A big well-constructed and safe area for parking is provided for vehicles of faculty members and students.
Security : Ours is a women’s college and security issues are given the utmost importance. We have a guard room where the name and other details of every previously unknown entrant are recorded in a register, and the intercom is used for further enquiry from the student or teacher being visited upon. There are CCTV cameras at the main gate, along the college corridor, and in each of the classrooms, staff rooms and all the labs and the Library. etc. Besides this, we have a Bio-metric attendance facility for faculty members as well as students
